Delete Your Account

Deleting your nasugo account (operated by NASUGO TRADE LTD) closes the account immediately and removes your personal data. This action cannot be undone.

If you cannot access your account email, send us an email at support@nasugo.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your registered email address or phone number so we can locate your account. We verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What will be deleted

• Your profile: name, email address, phone number and avatar
• Your saved shipping addresses and address book
• Your cart, wishlist, browsing history and search history
• Your coupons, wallet balance and referral rewards
• Your product reviews and uploaded review photos

What we must keep

• Order, invoice and payment records — retained for up to 6 years to meet Nigerian tax and accounting requirements, then deleted.
• Records we are required to keep to handle an ongoing dispute, refund or legal claim — deleted once the case is closed.

How to delete your account

1. Enter the email address of the account you want to delete.
2. Click "Get Code" and enter the 6-digit code sent to that email.
3. Tick the confirmation box, click "Delete my account" and confirm.
