How to Place an Order?
Browse products on nasugo, add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, select your shipping address and payment method, then confirm your order. You can track your order status from "My Orders" page anytime.
What Payment Methods Are Available?
We accept bank transfers and Paystack payments. You may also top up your Nasugo wallet and pay with your wallet balance. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption.
How Long Does Delivery Take?
Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Express delivery (available in major cities) takes 1-2 business days. You can track your order status in real-time from your account.
How to Track My Order?
Go to "My Orders" in your account, find the order you want to track, and click on it to view the order details. You'll see the current status, estimated delivery date, and tracking information.
How to Cancel an Order?
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Go to "My Orders", select the order, and click "Cancel". If the order has already shipped, you'll need to initiate a return instead.
How to Return or Exchange Items?
If the items you received have quality defects, damage, incorrect items or missing items, please contact customer service within 7 days after receiving the goods, and provide your order number, product photos, unboxing video and problem description. We will review your request. After confirming the problem is valid, we will offer you a refund or free product replacement (subject to stock availability). If your description of the problem does not match the actual condition: You need to provide additional supporting materials such as detailed product photos and complete unboxing videos for the platform's secondary review. If the recheck confirms that your description is inconsistent with the actual goods, or you cannot prove the problem is caused by the platform, your refund application will be rejected with specific reasons stated. For refund requests due to personal reasons (such as wrong size/color selection, no longer needed, etc.), you must submit the application within 7 days upon receipt of goods on the condition that the products are unused with original packaging intact. The original shipping fee and return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
How to Use Coupons?
Browse available coupons on the Coupons page or in your account's "My Coupons" section. During checkout, select an applicable coupon to apply the discount. Each coupon may have specific terms and minimum purchase requirements.
What is the Wallet Feature?
Your nasugo wallet allows you to store funds for faster checkout. You can recharge your wallet via bank transfer or card payment, view your transaction history, and use your wallet balance to pay for orders.
How Does the Wishlist Work?
Click the heart icon on any product to save it to your wishlist. You can access your wishlist anytime from your account to view, share, or move saved items to your cart for purchase.
How to Leave a Product Review?
After receiving your order, go to "My Reviews" in your account. You can rate products and share your experience to help other shoppers make informed decisions.
What is Flash Sale?
Flash Sale offers limited-time deals with massive discounts on top products. New deals are added regularly — grab them before they sell out! Visit the Flash Sale page to see current offers.
How to Reset My Password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email or phone number, and follow the verification steps to set a new password. You can also change your password anytime from the Security settings in your account.
How to Bind My Phone or Email?
Go to Security settings in your account to bind or update your phone number and email address. You'll need to verify via a one-time code sent to your phone or email.
How to Manage My Addresses?
Go to "Address Book" in your account to add, edit, or delete shipping addresses. You can set a default address for faster checkout.
What is the Distribution Program?
